Return from Military Service. 25.2.1 Any employee who has been conscripted, inducted or drafted into the military service of the United States Government, shall, upon termination of such service, be restored to his former position or to a position of like seniority status and pay provided he applied for re-employment within ninety (90) days after the date of his discharge.
