Return from Unpaid Leave. The teacher shall submit written confirmation of the intent to return from leave by February 1 or December 1 for leaves scheduled to end with the following semester. The teacher returning from an unpaid leave shall be returned to his/her former position, seniority permitting, if the position still exists, or to a mutually agreed upon position.
