Return of Company Information. Immediately upon termination of employment under this Agreement, the Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company all documents, software, and other tangible information in the possession or control of Employee and that relate to, are connected with, or arise out of Employee’s employment by the Company, including without limitation all Company Proprietary Information.

Return of Company Information. Upon termination of Executive’s employment with Company for any reason, Executive will surrender and return to Company all documents and materials in his possession or control which contain Trade Secrets, Inventions and other Confidential Information. Executive will immediately return to the Company all lists, books, records, materials and documents, together with all copies thereof, and all other Company property in his possession or under his control, relating to or used in connection with the business of the Company. Executive acknowledges and agrees that all such lists, books, records, materials and documents, are the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
Return of Company Information. Upon termination of this Agreement or upon request by the Company and/or the Affiliates, Consultant will promptly deliver to the Company and the Affiliates all drawings, notes, memoranda, presentations, brochures, specifications, programs, reports, and other documents and manifestations, with all copies and any other materials containing or disclosing any Information, Third Party Information or any other materials related to the Company or the Affiliates or the Services, whether prepared by Consultant or another party. Consultant agrees not to retain any written, electronic or other tangible material containing or concerning any Information or Third Party Information of the Company and/or the Affiliates and to maintain the confidentiality of this Information, Third Party Information and materials in the future.
Return of Company Information. Upon termination of Employee’s employment, the Employee will make a prompt and reasonable search for any Confidential Information (as defined below) in the Employee’s possession or control or any Confidential Information in the possession of any third party, if the Employee had transferred such Confidential Information to such third party, subject to Employee’s control. If Employee locates such information, Employee will notify the Company and provide a computer – usable copy of it. The Employee will cooperate reasonably with the Company to verify that the necessary copying has been completed and, when the Company confirms compliance, the Employee will delete fully all Confidential Information. The Employee agrees, upon the Company’s request, to sign any document that Employee had fulfilled all of his/her responsibilities, with regard to the return of Confidential Information, set forth in this Section 7(c).
Return of Company Information. Following such time as the Mantle Ridge Director is no longer serving on the Board, Mantle Ridge will, promptly following the Company’s written request, return to the Company or destroy, at Mantle Ridge’s option, all hard copies of Company Information and use commercially reasonable efforts to permanently erase or delete all electronic copies of the Company Information in the Mantle Ridge Group’s or any of its employees’ or advisors’ possession or control (and, upon the request of the Company, the Mantle Ridge Group shall promptly certify to the Company that such Company Information has been erased or deleted, as the case may be); provided, however, that (i) at Mantle Ridge’s election, it may retain any such information subject to the confidentiality terms hereof so long as it certifies to the Company that it will hold such information in a manner consistent with the most sensitive confidential information of the Mantle Ridge Group and that it will maintain the confidentiality of such information in accordance with the terms hereof, and (ii) if Mantle Ridge does not make the election described in clause (i), neither the Mantle Ridge Group nor any of its employees or advisors shall be required to destroy any computer records or files containing any Company Information that have been created pursuant to automatic electronic archiving and back-up procedures in the ordinary course of business where it would be unduly burdensome to do so or would be contrary to applicable law or applicable rules or regulations of any national securities exchange so long as such Confidential Information is not accessed other than as required by applicable law or applicable rules or regulations of any national securities exchange.
Return of Company Information. In the event of the termination of your employment for any reason, you shall deliver to the Company all of (i) the property of the Company (and its subsidiaries and affiliates) and (ii) the documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of the Company (and its subsidiaries and affiliates), and you shall not take with you any such property, documents or data, or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any trade secrets and confidential or proprietary information of the Company (and its subsidiaries and affiliates) as defined in paragraph (a) above.
Return of Company Information. Promptly upon termination of this Agreement, Sales Representative shall return to Company all pamphlets, catalogs, booklets, and other technical advertising data and literature concerning the Products in the possession of Sales Representative, heretofore famished by Company.

Return of Company Information. The Executive represents, warrants and covenants that the Executive has returned to the Company (or will return to the Company within five (5) business days of the execution of this Agreement) any and all Company Information in the Executive’s possession or control. The Company agrees to pay the shipping costs in connection with the Executive’s return of such documents.
Return of Company Information. The Company shall immediately exercise its contractual rights to require the return or destruction of any information relating to the Company and its Subsidiaries that had been previously furnished by the Company to any Person who has been provided access to the Company’s electronic data room for purposes of evaluating a potential acquisition of the Company. In Execution Copy the event of the termination of my employment, I agree to sign and deliver a “Termination Certificate,” in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
