Return of Device. This device is being loaned for the student’s use during remote learning. This device is the property of the NYCDOE and contains a tracking device so that the device can be located. This device must be returned when on-site learning resumes, unless otherwise instructed by the NYCDOE.

Return of Device. The Device must be returned to VoiceLift within fourteen (14) days of the termination of Service to receive a credit for the $39.99 disconnect fee (refer to section 4.6 of this document regarding termination fees), provided: (i) you have retained, and return along with the Device, proof of purchase and original packaging; (ii) contents are undamaged and in original condition, reasonable wear and tear excluded; (iii) all parts, accessories, documentation and packaging materials are returned; and (iv) equipment is returned with a valid return authorization number obtained from VoiceLift’s customer care department. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping of equipment. If you receive cartons and/or Devices that are visibly damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's freight xxxx or receipt and keep a copy. In such event, you must keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact in the same condition in which they were received from the carrier and contact VoiceLift's customer care department immediately. Return of Device. ● This device is being loaned for the student’s use during remote learning. This device is the property of the Union Parish School District. This device must be returned when instructed by the Union Parish School District. ● It is understood that the intentional failure to return the computing device to the school under some circumstances may constitute theft of district property. Any theft of district property, including the reported sale or transfer of the device for profit will be reported to the district attorney for prosecution.
Return of Device a) The device must be returned to the College before exiting the College for any reason including transferring schools or graduating. If leaving the College part way through the agreement, the agreement charges will be pro-rated based on exit date.
b) Failure to return the device to the College will result in the following actions being taken: • Access to the device will be locked • An invoice will be issued for the outstanding agreement amount. • Recovery actions may be taken to recover the outstanding amount
c) The device cannot be returned within the first year of the agreement. If the device is returned after annual payment in either the 2nd or 3rd year of the agreement, a refund will be issued on pro-rated basis as per the table below. Additional costs may apply for any damage on the device assessed at the time of return.
