Upon termination by expiration or otherwise of each Order, Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, disconnect the Equipment or de-install the Software and allow Lessor to enter Lessee's premises to pack and ship the Equipment and Software. Such Equipment and Software returned to Lessor shall be in the same condition as delivered by Lessor, reasonable wear and tear excepted and capable of meeting all recertification requirements. If Lessor is not allowed to remove the Equipment and Software as noted within two (2) weeks after the effective date of Lessee's notice of termination, such termination shall be void, and the lease shall continue in full force and effect until new notice is given followed by removal of Equipment and Software in accordance with this paragraph.

Return of Equipment and Software. Loans must be returned on or before the due date. It is the responsibility of the agency to cover all fees for the return shipment. Return shipping insurance is required, either through the shipper or an existing district coverage (e.g. land and marine) that would cover the equipment. Proof of existing coverage must be provided to Alt+Shift. Advance notice is required for in-person drop off. The agency must inventory all components (using the list provided by Alt+Shift) prior to packing the items for the return shipment to ensure ALL components must be included in the return shipment. Alt+Shift loan items must be securely packed and boxed. Any damage as a result of poor quality packing/packaging will be the responsibility of the agency. Damage incurred as a result of poor quality packaging may not be covered by insurance.
Return of Equipment and Software. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, Outernets shall have the right to remove the Outernets Equipment and software, including Outernets Programs, by which the Services are provided, at your expense.
