Return of Information and Property. Employee represents that as of the date of Employee’s execution of this Agreement, Employee has returned to the Company, all Company property, equipment, confidential information, records, electronically stored data and other materials relating to Employee’s employment, including tools, documents, papers, computer software, passwords and other identification materials, ID cards, keys, credit cards, personal computers, tablets, cell phones, and/or instruction manuals. This obligation applies to all materials relating to the affairs of the Company or any of its customers, clients, vendors, employees, or agents that may be in Employee’s possession or control. All such Company property must be returned by Employee in order for Employee to commence receiving the Severance Pay and Severance Benefits provided under Section 2 hereof.

Return of Information and Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment, or at any other time as the Company may request in writing, Executive agrees to deliver to the Company any and all property of the Company or any Affiliate and any and all documents, materials, data and information (in whatever form, whether hardcopy, electronic or otherwise, and in whatever medium) relating to the business of the Company or any Affiliate, including without limitation all such items that constitute or contain Confidential Information, documents, computer files, keys, corporate credit cards and company provided computers, automobiles or other equipment. All such property will be returned promptly and in good condition except for normal wear.
Return of Information and Property. Upon termination of Executive's employment, Executive will deliver to the Company all customer lists, proposals, reports, memoranda, computer software and programming, budgets and other financial information, and other materials or records or writings of any type (including any copies thereof and regardless of the medium in which the information exists) made, used or obtained by Executive in connection with his employment by the Company and all Company property.

The Receiving party must, at the end of this Agreement or within seven days following written instruction by the Disclosing Party to do so, return or destroy all Confidential Information in the Receiving Party's possession, custody or control. The Receiving Party may retain one (1) copy of any such Confidential Information to be stored securely with its legal representative only if required for regulatory or insurance purposes, but in this event the confidentiality and non-use provisions in this Agreement remain in place with respect to such retained Confidential Information. The return or destruction of any Confidential Information will not diminish or otherwise affect any other obligations under this Agreement.
Return of Information and Property. Xxxx affirms that he will return all originals and all copies of Deluxe’s records, correspondence and documents, and all other property and assets of Deluxe, created or obtained by Xxxx as a result of or in the course of or in connection with his employment with Deluxe which are in his possession or control, whether confidential or not, including, but not limited to, any notes, diaries, computer files or other documents containing information regarding Xxxx’x experiences or knowledge of Deluxe business or employee matters, prior to the end of the Transition Period.
