RETURN OF SERVICE PROVISIONS. (a) Other than compliance training under the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 all other Training or Skills Enhancement and License/s or Ticket/s or Authorisations as paid for by the Company shall have a Return of Service provision in accordance with this clause.
