Provision of Uniforms. All employees are required to wear uniforms in accordance with Company standards while at work and shall be provided with an adequate supply of such uniforms, or parts of uniforms, in good repair. The Employer will provide sufficient rain gear for employees working in the service area. Maintenance and dry cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the Employer. Overalls or coveralls as such will be provided and cleaned by the Employer. Washable uniform parts will be laundered by the employee. Employees who are required to wash any part of their uniforms at any time shall receive a cleaning allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) dollars per pay period.

Provision of Uniforms. When employees are required to wear uniforms, NARA will provide the entire uniform. Proper uniform attire will consist of NARA issued pants, shirt, cap, jacket, safety shoes, and coveralls. It will be mandatory to wear the pants, shirt and shoes. The other apparel is optional. Unauthorized clothing (such as caps) will not be worn in lieu of the issued clothing.
Provision of Uniforms. The Township shall provide the required uniforms at no cost to Members. Each full-time member will receive an account through uniform venders approved by the Chief. All members account shall be set at $750 annually for the duration of this contract. Members may not purchase in excess of the $750 annual amount unless paying out of pocket. Excess available account funds shall be forfeited and reset January 1st of each year. Each Member shall also receive $250.00 yearly for uniform maintenance. This shall be paid by a check of $250.00 dollars paid by the 1st day of April. All other items of personal clothing shall be at the Member’s cost, with the style and type being subject to the approval of the Fire Chief. Also, the Township has the right to change the style, type and design of any and all required uniforms, provided that the Township bears the initial cost of such change.

Provision of Uniforms. The employer will provide the employee with a uniform to wear in accordance with job requirements. The employee will be responsible for laundering their own uniform. The employer will replace or repair the uniform as required in consideration of reasonable wear and tear. All uniforms issued by the employer will remain the property of the employer and will be returned to the employer on demand or in the event of termination of employment. The employee and the employer agree that this provision excludes the operation of protected conditions about monetary allowances for matters dealt with in this clause.
Provision of Uniforms. Employees will be issued with up to 7 pieces of appropriate personal protective equipment and company uniforms in the first year of employment. The company may vary the uniform allocation from time to time at its discretion, subject to notifying employees of this variation. Replacement will be on a fair wear and tear basis. The cleaning and upkeep of the uniform is an employee’s responsibility.

Provision of Uniforms. If you are required to wear a uniform or any other distinctive type of clothing, we will supply you with your uniform which will need to be worn in line with the guidelines issued by us. If replacement of uniforms provided by us becomes necessary as a result of conditions other than fair wear and tear then you will be responsible for this expense.
