PERSONAL (Carer’s. 16.3.1 Subject to satisfactory proof and notice being provided to the Company, an employee who requires time away from employment when rostered on in order to care for a member of their immediate family or household who requires care because of a personal injury or illness or support because of an unexpected emergency is entitled to use normal sick leave. A maximum of ten (10) days per annum may be used for this purpose.

  • Personal/Carer’s Leave a) Personal/carer’s leave is defined in accordance with Section 244 of the Act and includes paid sick leave (accrued under the AFPCS) and paid or unpaid carer’s leave (accrued under the AFPCS). Casual employees shall have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS.
