Return to base classification. An employee in returning to a base classification may use his/her plantwide seniority to displace the employee with the least classification seniority, and exercise bumping privileges under the provisions of Section 6(c) of this Article.

  • Tax Classification The Series shall elect to be treated as an association taxable as a corporation under Treasury Regulations Section 301.7701-3 with effect for each taxable period of its existence. The Series and each Member shall file all tax returns and shall otherwise take all tax and financial reporting positions in a manner consistent with such treatment. No election will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service (or the tax authorities of any State) to have the Series taxable other than as an association taxable as a corporation for income tax purposes.

  • Repair and classification Each Borrower shall keep the Ship owned by it in a good and safe condition and state of repair:

  • Classification maintains the relevant Classification free of all requirements and recommendations of the relevant Classification Society; and

  • TIER REMIC The Lower-Tier REMIC will hold the Mortgage Loans and will issue the Class LA1, Class LA2, Class LA3, Class LA4, Class LAAB, Class LABP, Class LAS, Class LB, Class LC, Class LD, Class LE, Class LF, Class LG and Class LH Uncertificated Interests (the “Lower-Tier Regular Interests”), which will evidence the “regular interests” in the Lower-Tier REMIC created hereunder. The Lower-Tier REMIC will also issue the uncertificated Class LR Interest, which is the sole Class of “residual interests” in the Lower-Tier REMIC and is represented by the Class R Certificates.   • Conversion to Fixed Interest Rate The Mortgage Loan does not contain a provision whereby the Mortgagor is permitted to convert the Mortgage Interest Rate from an adjustable rate to a fixed rate;

  • Pool Characteristics The Mortgage Loans in the related Mortgage Loan Package have the characteristics as set forth on Exhibit 2 to the related Assignment and Conveyance.
