Return to Former Job. (a) In the event that an employee is not performing efficiently, or if he wishes to do so, he will revert to his immediate previous job, without loss of seniority. All other affected employees will revert to their previous positions. (b) If additional people are required, they will be drawn from the previous posting provided, however, there are enough applicants on the previous posting to fill the vacancy.
