Return to Work After Leave of Absence. Employees returning from leaves of absence will be reinstated as soon as possible to the same position the employee held when the leave commenced, or to an equivalent position with equivalent benefits, pay, and other terms and conditions of employment, unless the employee is no longer qualified for the position because of their physical or mental condition or the failure to maintain a necessary license or certification.
