Cardholder. Any person authorized to use a Card by the Card Issuer.
Cardholder. Your name, address and signature (including any electronic or digital signature) and the date on any application or solicitation or on any sales slip or other evidence of indebtedness on your Account represents your name, address and signature and the date on this Agreement.
Cardholder a person to whom the Card is issued to and who is authorized to use the card. In the context of this Agreement the Cardholder and the Client can be the same person;
Cardholder. The person to whom the Payment Card is issued. Contactless Payments Payments where the radio transmitter inside the chip in the Payment Card or in a smartphone communicates with the contactless Payment Card reader in the payment terminal. A contactless payment can be made using a Payment Card, a smartphone or a micro ID chip installed in a watch, bracelet, etc. Delayed Charging Charging of the Cardholder for amounts not known at the time of the Card Payment’s completion, such as parking fines. Cardholder a natural person to whom the card issuer has issued a card. Credit interest the interest rate consisting of the reference rate and margin agreed in the agreement charged for the use of the credit. Credit limit the euro denominated limit within which the credit can be used. Contactless payment payment at manned or unmanned terminals by using the card’s built-in transmitter (symbolised on the card by ) without inserting the card in a terminal. CVV2/CVC2 verification number the three-digit number on the back of the card which is used to verify the authenticity of the card. Minimum instalment a personal amortisation amount of the card debt agreed with the card issuer and invoiced from the cardholder on a due date. Mobile unit mobile phone, tablet, watch, bracelet or other device with access to internet or other network. Parallel card a card which has, with the primary cardholder’s consent, been issued to a parallel cardholder. Parallel cardholder a cardholder indicated as a parallel cardholder in the agreement. Payee a merchant or a service provider which accepts the card payment. Payment order approval of a transaction by the cardholder in accordance with section 5 (Approval of a transaction or cancellation of a payment order). Personalised security credentials personalised features provided or approved by the card issuer for the purposes of authentication of the cardholder, e.g. access code or biometric datasuch as fingerprint, face or iris scanning.
Cardholder any individual who is authorised by the Business from time to time to use a Business Charge Card issued by us under this Agreement in his or her name. Cardholder Account: an account opened and maintained by us for each Business Charge Card issued by us and to which the Card Transactions are debited. Cardholder Limit: the sum promptly notified in writing to us by the Business from time to time for the Cardholder per billing cycle being the maximum amount of spending permitted by the Business for the Cardholder using the Business Charge Card. A Cardholder Limit cannot be increased by the Business such that the total of all Cardholder Limits exceeds the Business Limit. Cardholder Statement: a monthly statement of the Card Transactions for a Cardholder Account which will be sent to the Business each month and to be distributed by the Business to the relevant Cardholder(s). Card Transaction: any payment made, or Cash Advance obtained by use of a Business Charge Card (or the number of the Business Charge Card) which is debited to a Cardholder Account.
Cardholder the person to whom a Card is issued by an Issuer and whose name, where applicable, is printed or embossed on a valid Card;
Cardholder. The person or the entity identified on the payment card as the one to whom the card was issued.
Cardholder. An (a) individual in whose name a Card is issued, and (b) any other employee, officer, director, or person authorized by the Company or named Cardholder to use a Card or Account. Company: The business entity or organization at whose request the Bank has established an Account. Company Agreement: The Commercial Card Program Master Agreement between the Company and Bank. Company Credit Limit: The maximum available dollar amount of credit authorized by the Bank to the Company. Company’s New Balance: The entire amount (i.e. the aggregate amount of all of the Accounts’ New Balances) owed by Company on all Accounts at any given time. Transaction: A Purchase, Cash Advance, use of a convenience check, or any other activity that debits an Account. You/Your: mean both to the Cardholder of an Account and to the Company (but see also the Section below entitled “Limited Personal Liability of Individual Cardholder").
