Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept MasterCard cards located within FLORA shopping mall(s). It is designed for use only within this limited network of shops and retail locations where You are physically present. Like any payment card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – please check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if You are unsure.
Keys Keys with tags attached indicating number and/or description of door or room each key is intended to fit attached to each key shall be delivered to the Owner. Contractor shall prepare and furnish with the keys an itemized key schedule in quintuplicate listing the door or room number and/or description, serial number of key, and number of keys being delivered for each door or lock.
Personal Belongings Tenant agrees not to leave any personal belongings (including lawn furniture) in the parking areas, common halls, sidewalks, lawn areas or other common areas of the apartment community.
Return The Security Deposit or the balance thereof shall be returned by the Landlord to the Tenant within days after the termination of the Lease or in accordance with the applicable law on Security Deposit, whichever is sooner. In the event that the Landlord shall make any allowable deduction, the Landlord shall provide the tenant with an itemized list of all deductions made specifying the amounts and the respective expenses to which the Security Deposit or parts of it was applied.
Badges (A) Correctional officers and correctional probation officers shall be issued badges according to the following specifications:
Retaining Walls Prepare preliminary retaining concepts to be shown on schematics, typical sections, and cross sections. • Determine if any additional walls are required and verify the need for and length of the retaining wall as shown on the ultimate schematic. • Compute and tabulate retaining wall quantities for preliminary design milestone plans submittal.
Returning from Leave Employees returning early from leave of absence must submit a request to return to work in writing. Employees returning from a medical leave of absence may be required to certify their ability to return to work at least five (5) working days prior to the requested date of the return. Employees returning early from leave must wait for the next available job opening. Employees returning on the planned date will be placed in the position they left, or an equivalent position.
Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.
Doors Exterior doors may not be propped open for safety and security reasons. Students may be referred to the student conduct system if found propping these doors. Doors marked as emergency exits may only be used for emergency purposes other than during University-sanctioned move-in days.
Locks 1) The landlord must not change locks or other means of access to residential property unless the landlord provides each tenant with new keys or other means of access to the residential property.
