Returning from Sick Leave. 122 An employee must present to the Human Resource Coordinator, documentation acceptable to the Company for return from Sick Leave to full-time work at full capacity or part-time work at limited capacity as denoted, if warranted by the employee's seniority standing and qualifications, will be offered an assignment to return effective no later than the second regular working day following the date of such presentation of medical approval.
