Review by Company. The Trust or the Distributor will furnish, or will cause to be furnished, to the Company, each piece of sales literature or other promotional material in which the Company or its Separate Accounts are named, at least ten (10) Business Days prior to its intended use. No such material shall be used unless the Company approves such material in writing.
Review by Company. The Company expressly acknowledges that it has had an adequate opportunity to review this Agreement and all documents related thereto, that it is under no compulsion to execute this Agreement or any instruments contemplated herein, that it has not in any way relied upon the advice or recommendations of the Bank, its officers, shareholders, directors, employees, or attorneys, except as set forth in this Agreement.
Review by Company. When the Company receives Acceptance Deed from the Contractor, the Company shall review the received Services (for example, visual and technical condition of the Equipment, quality of installation etc.) within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt. After the Services are reviewed, the Company either:

The Company shall review the received Deliverable within 10 (ten) Business days from the date of receipt of the Acceptance Deed in order to make sure that the respective Deliverable complies with the requirements of the Agreement (including Technical Specification, the Contractor’s Proposal etc.) and the Company does not have objections against the quality of the delivered Deliverable. After the Deliverable is reviewed, the Company either:
