RECLASSIFICATION AND STATEMENT OF DUTIES. 20.01 If, during the term of this Agreement, a new classification standard is established and implemented by the Employer, the Employer shall, before applying rates of pay to the new levels resulting from the application of the standard, negotiate with the Institute the rates of pay and the rules affecting the pay of employees on their movement to the new levels.

RECLASSIFICATION AND STATEMENT OF DUTIES. 41.01 If the present classification standard is modified or if a new classification standard is established creating new levels of classification and is applied by the Employer, he should, before applying rates of pay to new levels resulting from the introduction of the standard, determine by mutual agreement with Le Syndicat rates of pay.

RECLASSIFICATION AND STATEMENT OF DUTIES. If, during the life of the present Agreement, the present classification standard is modified or a new classification standard is established creating new levels of classification, the Employer shall, before applying rates of pay to new levels resulting from the introduction of the standard, negotiate with the Institute rates of pay and rules concerning the employee’s rates of pay on conversion to new levels. Where an employee is assigned to such new or reclassified position before agreement has been reached regarding the rate of pay, the new rate shall be retroactive to the date the employee was assigned to the new or reclassified position. Upon written request from the employee to his/her supervisor, the supervisor will give to the employee, within ten working days following the request, a copy of his/her job description including the position classification level and the point value. An employee who feels that the functions which are included in his/her job description have been sufficiently modified, may present to his/her supervisor, a request for a reevaluation of his/her position.

  • Classification and Reclassification Classification and reclassification are the assignment or reassignment, respectively, of a position or group of positions to an occupational classification which is appropriate for compensation and employment purposes.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION 26.01 In order to ensure the appropriate classification of jobs listed under Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, the Parties agree that matters related to the classification of new or existing jobs shall be dealt with in accordance with the Joint Job Evaluation Manual of Procedures forming part of this collective agreement.   • ROOM CONSOLIDATION Residence assignments shall be consolidated when vacancies occur in any residence facility, to minimize the number of rooms, suites, and/or apartments not at full occupancy. The Student may be required to change residence assignment and move to facilitate room consolidation. Residents in rooms/apartments/suites not at full capacity may be charged additional rent as determined by UCF DHRL.

  • Preservation of Existence, Etc (a) Preserve, renew and maintain in full force and effect its legal existence and good standing under the Laws of the jurisdiction of its organization except in a transaction permitted by Section 7.04 or 7.05; (b) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, permits, licenses and franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (c) preserve or renew all of its registered patents, trademarks, trade names and service marks, the non-preservation of which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
