The Executive Director, Human Resources or designate will review CUPE overtime statistics on an annual basis and include historical data where available, and report to the Labour Management Committee. The Committee will examine the report and, where the overtime appears excessive, will make recommendations as required to the employee and the supervisor in consideration of Article 16.0816.09, the efficient use of financial resources and ways to effect a reduction in overtime utilization.
