Revision to the Promotional Process. During the term of this Contract, and beginning as soon as possible but no later than April 1, 2019, the parties (which shall include at least the Unit President and the Chief of Police (or his designee)) shall meet on a quarterly basis for at least a one hour period of time (or other minimum that they shall agree to and designate) for the purposes of discussing the current contractual Promotional Process and any desired changes thereto. Prior to the first meeting, the Unit shall forward a comprehensive written proposal for a new Promotional Process to the Chief. The parties are to discuss changes to the existing processes which might be mutually agreeable and beneficial. If and when the parties have outlined the parameters for changing the process, they are to attempt to memorialize the changes per language modifying this Article. It is understood that these Labor-Management discussions are not formal contract negotiations, and that any changes to the Contract need to be entirely agreeable to both parties or the changes will not be made.

  • Parties to the Process a) There shall be established a Central Dispute Resolution Committee (“The Committee”), which shall be composed of equal representation of up to four (4) representatives each of the employer bargaining agency and employee bargaining agency (“the central parties”), and up to three representatives of the Crown. The Committee will be co-chaired by a representative from each bargaining agency. All correspondence to the committee will be sent to both co-chairs.

  • Access to the Work The Design Professional and its representatives shall have access to the Work at all times while it is in progress, and shall comply with all job site safety rules.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Recall Process A. If employees are to be rehired, the Board shall determine the number of the positions to be filled and the number of employees to be recalled. If rehiring takes place within one year, then the employee shall be rehired within area of certification in inverse order of reduction.

  • Formal Process A. Step 1: If a grievant is not satisfied with the resolution proposed at the informal level, s/he may within fourteen (14) days after the supervisor's response was due file a formal written grievance with his/her manager on a form provided by the County Personnel Office containing a statement describing the grievance, the section of this Agreement allegedly violated, and remedy requested. The manager (or designee) shall, within seven (7) days have a meeting with the grievant and within seven (7) days thereafter give a written answer to the grievant.

  • Changes to the Project 9.1 All Changes must be approved by the Secretary of State prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change on a Project Change Request Form. While an Employee may speak with anyone in the open door process regarding a concern or problem, the Employee is encouraged to take this concern up with his immediate supervisor or may request the assistance of the Employee Advocate or a FC member to facilitate resolution of the issue.
