RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 17.1 GVI shall from time to time be entitled to amend the terms of the Agreement by way of 30 calendar days’ notice to the Customer and should the Customer not accept such change the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement within 30 calendar days of receipt of the notice of the amendment by way of written notice to GVI. If the Customer does not terminate the Agreement within 30 calendar days of receipt of GVI’s notice of amendment of the Agreement, it shall be deemed to have accepted the amendment.
RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 10.1 Subject to section 10.2, the LTSA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, revise, supplement, replace or otherwise change all or any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement without specific or express notice to the Customer. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Reditus reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase and your order is canceled, Reditus’ designated payment processor will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
