Right to Examine Books. Notwithstanding the acceptance by Landlord of payments of percentage rent, Landlord shall have the right to all rents and other charges actually due hereunder, and the right to examine, make extracts from and copy, at the Leased Premises or (at the option of Landlord) at the corporate headquarters office of Tenant in the United States, Xxxxxx’s and all concessionaires’ books, source documents, accounts, records and sales tax reports filed with applicable government agencies in order to verify the amount of Gross Sales in and from the Leased Premises. Tenant shall make all such documents and records available at the Leased Premises (or at Tenant’s corporate headquarters, if elected by Landlord) upon three (3)fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice from Landlord.

Right to Examine Books. The acceptance by Landlord of payments of Percentage Rent shall be without prejudice to Landlord’s right to examine Tenant’s books and records concerning Gross Receipts from the Premises.

Concessionaire shall make available to the Director within thirty (30) days following the City’s written request for the same at the Director’s office in the Airport for the purpose of examination, extracting and/or copying all books, source documents, accounts, records and sales tax reports filed with applicable government agencies of Concessionaire and any subconcessionaires, licensees and/or assignees, if any, in order to verify the amount of Gross Receipts in and from the Premises and the amount of all Rentals.

Right to Examine Books. Seller shall, at any time during the term of this Contract, be entitled to examine TA’s books, records and other documentation at TA’s offices during business hours, with reasonable advance notice, and to take copies thereof, in order to verify compliance with the terms of this Contract.

The CITY and CITY's authorized representatives shall have the right to examine the LESSEE's records and procedures aforesaid during regular business hours and shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises, through its agents, accountants, auditors and officers, to check, verify and tabulate Gross Revenue, or to examine accounting records and procedures including control features affecting the determination of Gross Revenue.
