Common use of Right to Interview Clause in Contracts

Right to Interview. Teachers with five (5) or more years of experience in the District who apply for a posted teaching position for which they are licensed shall be granted an interview. If the applying teacher is not offered the job, he or she may request an explanation, either in person or in writing, of the reasons the job was not offered.
