Right to Promote. You understand from time to time the Company produces promotional material about its programs and client success. You further understand that as a participant You may be included in videotape or photographs taken during clinics, training sessions, before and after photos, or any other activities involving these programs. You hereby grant the Company, its owners, managers, employees, successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors and any media or other commercial entities associated with this program, the exclusive right to photograph and/or videotape participant and further utilize participant's face, likeness, voice and appearance as part of the program for purposes of marketing, advertising and promoting the program without reserve or limitation. In granting this license, You understand that the Company is under no obligation to exercise any of its rights, licenses, and privileges herein granted by participation. No Guarantee of Results Physical results or changes to the body and mindset are dependent on the client and full implementation of the Services. Even with full implementation, the Company does not guarantee expected results, as such results are (1) subjective to You and (2) dependent upon Your commitment to the following the Programs. The Company is in no way responsible for the lack of results seen or expected by You.

Right to Promote. Weave accepts Reseller into the Reseller Program and grants Reseller the right to promote Products and Services for internal business use by its customers in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Reseller’s right to promote Products and Services may be limited to certain territories and Reseller’s right to promote Products and Services may be subject to meeting minimum sales levels, as indicated in the Reseller Program Guidelines or an addendum to this Agreement during the initial term or any renewal term of this Agreement.
Right to Promote. JA will retain the right to use any and all footage created for promotional purposes, including posting Customer videos on Xxxx Xxxxxxx Inc.'s website, YouTube channel, social media sites, or other internet platforms and displaying it during presentations or trade shows.

  • City's Right to Proceed In the event this contract is terminated pursuant to Paragraph 8, then the City may take over the work and prosecute the same to completion, by contract or otherwise, and Contractor and its sureties shall be liable to the City for any costs over the amount of this contract thereby occasioned by the City.   • Owner’s Right to Stop Work The Owner reserves the right, for itself and for any designated Construction Inspector retained by Owner, upon observation of apparent nonconforming Work, to immediately stop the affected Work. If the Work is later determined by the Design Professional to be in fact conforming Work, then Contractor shall be entitled upon timely claim to a Change Order for payment by Owner of any reasonable Actual Costs actually incurred by Contractor in connection with the stop Work order and resumption of the Work, as well as an extension in the time for performance of the Work to the extent Contractor is delayed by Owner's stop Work order. The Design Professional shall determine the time, which shall be binding upon both Owner and Contractor, as set forth in Section 3, Part 3.
