Right to Speak at Meetings. An Association representative may speak to the employees during any faculty meeting for at least ten (10) minutes at the request of the representative. The meeting agenda should be posted or given to the employees at least one (1) day prior to said meeting. Emergency meetings will be at the discretion of the District without prior agenda.
