Common use of Rights of Citizenship Clause in Contracts

Rights of Citizenship. Employees shall be entitled to full rights of citizenship and no religious, civic or political activities of any employee or the lack thereof shall be ground for any discipline or discrimination with respect to the professional employment of such employee. The private and personal life of any employee is not within the appropriate concern or attention of the Boards provided the employee’s job performance is not adversely affected.
