Rights Of Unsuccessful Applicants. On request, the Employer shall give an unsuccessful applicant full reasons why the Employee's application was not successful and the Employee shall have the right to grieve the matter in accordance with the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement.

  • Entitlements for Successful Applicants (i) Orientation/Training: A registrant who accepts an offer of available work shall be entitled to a reasonable amount of orientation and/or training.

  • Notice of Successful Applicant The Employer shall, within three (3) calendar days, inform all applicants of the name of the successful applicant either in writing to each applicant or posting the name of the successful applicant in the same manner in which the vacancy or new job was posted.

  • Preservation of Rights of Non-Defaulting Party The rights of the Non-Defaulting Party under this Agreement, including without limitation Sections 5.4 and 5.6 of this Agreement, shall be supplemental to, and not in lieu of, any right of recoupment, lien, or set-off afforded by applicable law, and all such rights are expressly preserved for the benefit of the Non-Defaulting Party.

  • County of Orange Child Support Enforcement In order to comply with the child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, within ten (10) days of notification of selection of award of CONTRACT but prior to official award of CONTRACT, the selected CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish to the CONTRACT MANAGER, the Purchasing Agent, or the agency/department deputy purchasing agent:

  • DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.

  • NOTIFICATION TO STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES Copies of this document will be provided to other state and federal agencies as a means of notifying them of this approval.
