Risk Responsibility. There are several unpredictable risks that may cause players and participants injury, and may cause risk in damage of personal belongings. All accidents may cause from own action, others action, or even equipment served at the facility. Moreover, there may be unpredictable risks in tournament that is needed to be covered beforehand. I, noticing all predictable and unpredictable risks, agree to entry the tournament with my own risk. I may follow tournament operator’s suggestion in medical treatment in any occasion. And I may pay all of medical treatment I take.

Risk Responsibility. Operator is responsible for all materials, tools, equipment, appliances and property used in connection with this Agreement. Operator assumes all risks for direct and indirect damage or injury to the property used or persons employed in connection with any activities associated with this Agreement and for all damage or injury to any person or property, wherever located, resulting from any action, omission, commission or operation under this Agreement or in connection in any way whatsoever with the activities performed pursuant to this Agreement. Operator insurance shall be the primary non-contributory insurance for any work performed or activities or services provided for under this Agreement.
Risk Responsibility. I/We acknowledge that I/We have ultimate decision-making authority over my/our investments in the account and that all orders are based upon my/our own investment decision.   • Cost Responsibility Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for and shall pay upon demand all Costs associated with the interconnection of the Customer Facility as specified in the Tariff. These Costs may include, but are not limited to, an Attachment Facilities charge, a Local Upgrades charge, a Network Upgrades charge and other charges. A description of the facilities required and an estimate of the Costs of these facilities are included in Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Specifications to this ISA.
