(Roaming Service. 1. A User may use Bicycle Rental (Sharing) system or similar bicycle rental (sharing) system provided by DBS or alliance operator (hereinafter, “Roaming Operator”) which enables the User to use the Roaming Operator’s bicycles (hereinafter, “Roaming bicycles”) and its bicycle ports for renting, returning and parking the Roaming bicycle (hereinafter, “Roaming ports”) within certain area separately designated by DBS (hereinafter, “Roaming area”). A User may use, return and/or park the Roaming bicycles only within the Roaming area where the User rented the Roaming bicycles. Similarly, within the Roaming area, a User may not use, return and/or park the Bicycle which was rented outside the Roaming area. If a User leaves, returns or parks the Bicycle (which was rented outside the Roaming area) within the Roaming area, the Member shall bear any costs incurred by DBS for searching and recovering the Bicycle. In addition, the Member shall pay the service charges applicable for the period until the Bicycle has been returned. 2. When using the Roaming bicycles and Roaming ports, the Member shall be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the Roaming Operator. In addition, regardless of the subscription plan selected by the Member at the time of conclusion of the Membership Agreement, the Member shall pay the service charges calculated as “One Trip Membership” on the website separately designated by DBS. The Member shall pay the service charges in accordance with Article 28. 3. In the event of unavailability of service stipulated in this Article, DBS shall not be liable for any damages caused by such unavailability and shall not return any charges received by DBS during such term.

(Roaming Service. IR hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Company or Carrier is not responsible for the billing practices, service charges or ultimate availability of Roaming from Roaming Carriers, and Company and Carrier are not obligated to provide CMRS, GSM and/or Data Service in areas where Carrier does not have an FCC license, has not entered into a Roaming Agreement, or loses its Roaming Agreement. Carrier agrees, however, to make Roaming available to IR in any MSAs, MTAs, RSAs or BTAs in which Carrier has Roaming agreements, subject to Company’s current PRL. IR shall pay Company for roaming charges incurred on MDNs assigned to IR in accordance with this agreement.
(Roaming Service. Reseller hereby acknowledges and agrees that GTE is not responsible for the billing practices, service charges or ultimate availability of Roaming from Roaming Carriers and GTE is not obligated to provide CTS in areas where GTE does not have CTS, has not entered into a roaming agreement, or loses its roaming agreement. GTE agrees, however, to make Roaming available to Reseller in any MSAs or RSAs in which GTE has a roaming agreement on the terms and conditions contained in such agreement. On receipt of Reseller's initial order for Numbers pursuant to Section 6.2, GTE shall provide Reseller with a schedule of those Roaming Carriers with which it has entered into roaming agreements within the markets in which Reseller has ordered Numbers, including the fees charged to GTE for such Roaming Services thereunder. Reseller will be obligated to pay GTE the amounts charged to and paid by GTE to the Roaming Carriers for Roaming charges incurred by Reseller, its End User or any other Persons, including charges for Unauthorized Usage, in that Territory for the use of Roaming.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service Upon the request of Interconnection Customer, and prior to completion of requisite Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities Interconnection Customer may request limited Interconnection Service at the discretion of Transmission Provider based upon an evaluation that will consider the results of available studies, which terms shall be memorialized in the Interconnection Service Agreement. Consistent with Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B, section 212.4, Interconnection Customer may execute the Interconnection Service Agreement, request dispute resolution or request that the Interconnection Service Agreement be filed unexecuted with the Commission. Transmission Provider shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if Interconnection Customer interconnects without modifications to the Generating Facility or the Transmission System. Transmission Provider shall determine whether any Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities that are necessary to meet the requirements of NERC, or any applicable Regional Entity for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are in place prior to the commencement of Interconnection Service from the Generating Facility. Where available studies indicate that such Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities that are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are not currently in place, Transmission Provider will perform a study, at the Interconnection Customer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Generating Facility shall be studied and updated annually and at the Interconnection Customer’s expense. The results will be communicated to the Interconnection Customer in writing upon completion of the study. Interconnection Customer assumes all risk and liabilities with respect to the Provisional Interconnection Service, including changes in output limits and Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities cost responsibilities.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.
