Roll-Off Container Service. The CONTRACTOR shall provide permanent or temporary roll-off containers and/or compactors for special collections of bulky waste, construction debris or stable matter when requested by commercial/industrial units at rates established in the attached Exhibit “A” and in accordance with individual agreement with generators.

Roll-Off Container Service. All roll off containers must be loaded uniformly and shall not be overloaded by weight on either side or end of the roll off container or above the top rail. RCR reserves the right not to remove the container from the Customer’s jobsite if the container has been deemed too heavy, or overloaded by any means, to transport safely by RCR. In said case, if the roll off container is not loaded properly or too heavy to pick up, Customer will be required to off load the roll off container until RCR can safely transport it. Customer may be subject to a “no haul” fee if deemed necessary by RCR. A “no haul” fee is encountered when RCR has been called to Customer’s job site with no services rendered by RCR. RETURNED CHECK POLICY: There will be a set fee of $35.00 for any payment received by RCR that is deemed insufficient funds. I hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement and acknowledge receipt of RCR’s Schedule of Service Charges and Rolloff Rules for Safety.. Roll-Off Container Service. The Customer shall load all containers uniformly and shall not overload by weight on either side or end. The Customer shall not load containers above the top preventing the Company from being able to tarp the container. Containers that are blocked, directly or indirectly, overweight, cannot be tarped flat, or any other circumstances which prevents the Company from removing the container for disposal in a timely fashion will be charged a Daily rental and/or a Dry Run Fee until the container is accessible. The incremental per ton disposal cost for the container weight in excess of the weight allowance listed above shall be an additional charge on a per ton basis referred to as tonnage overage. The Company shall not be responsible for the inadvertent disposal of material placed in the container that the Customer deems not to be waste. At their discretion, the Company may refuse to remove containers with an estimated weight in excess of 10,000 pounds.

GCWRS reserves the right not to remove the container from the Customer’s jobsite if the container has been deemed too heavy (>18,000 lbs), or overloaded by any means, to transport safely by GCWRS. In said case, if the roll off container is not loaded properly or too heavy to pick up, Customer will be required to off load the roll off container until GCWRS can safely transport it. Customer may be subject to a “no haul” fee if deemed necessary by GCWRS. A “no haul” fee is encountered when GCWRS has been called to Customer’s job site with no services rendered by GCWRS. All containers are subject to removal and disposal of contents after one week. RETURNED CHECK POLICY: There will be a set fee of $35.00 for any payment received by RCR that is deemed insufficient funds.

Related to Roll-Off Container Service

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.
