Common use of Roster Clause in Contracts

Roster. A roster setting out hours of duty, on-call requirements, meal times, commencing times, finishing times, weekend duty, night duty and other such duty as in accordance with this Agreement will be posted in such place or places as to allow an Employee covered by this Agreement to have ready access to the roster while at work, which may include ready electronic access. The roster will be posted at least three days prior to becoming effective. It will only be altered on account of sickness or other pressing emergency.
