Rounding-Off. The Administrative Agent may set up appropriate rounding off mechanisms or otherwise round-off amounts hereunder to the nearest higher or lower amount in whole Dollar or cent to ensure amounts owing by any party hereunder or that otherwise need to be calculated or converted hereunder are expressed in whole Dollars or in whole cents, as may be necessary or appropriate.
Rounding-Off. The Administrative Agent may set up appropriate rounding-off mechanisms or otherwise round-off amounts hereunder to the nearest higher or lower amount in whole Dollars, whole Alternative Currency or whole other currency (as applicable) or smaller denomination thereof to ensure amounts owing by any party hereunder or that otherwise need to be calculated or converted hereunder are expressed in whole Dollars, whole Alternative Currency or whole other currency (as applicable) or in whole smaller denomination thereof, as may be necessary or appropriate.

Rounding-Off. For simplicity of the calculation of the pay due, the time worked shall be paid to the nearest minute or may be rounded off to the nearest one-tenth (1/10) hour for each day.

Rounding-Off. 12.1. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx generally supports payment amounts that are payable from or to Guests or Hosts to the smallest unit supported by a given currency (i.e., GBP xxxxx, USD cents, Euro cents or other supported currencies). Where Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx’s third-party payment services provider does not support payments in the smaller unit supported by a given currency, Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx may, in its sole discretion, round up or round down the displayed amounts that are payable from or to Guests or Hosts to the nearest whole functional base unit in which the currency is denominated (i.e. to the nearest dollar, Euro or other supported currency); for example, Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx may round up an amount of £101.50 to £102.00, and round down an amount of £101.49 to £101.00.
Rounding-Off. All wage rates and any increases thereto as set out in APPENDIX “A” of this Agreement is to be rounded to the nearest whole cent. One-half (.5) of one (1) cent and over are to be rounded upwards to the next whole cent. Less than one- half (.5) of one (1) cent is to be rounded down to the last whole cent.
Rounding-Off. All wage rates and any increases thereto as set out in APPENDIX “A”of this Agreement is to be rounded to the nearest whole cent. One-half of one (1) cent and over are to be rounded upwards to the next whole cent. Less than one- half of one (1) cent is to be rounded down to the last whole cent. In the event the Employer shall establish any new position, the classification and wage rate for this new position shall be established by the Employer and a written notice shall be given to the Union, and unless written notice of objection thereto by the Union is given to the Employer within twenty (20) calendar days after such notice, such classification and wage rate shall be considered agreed to by the Union. If the classification and/or wage rate established by the Employer for such new positions is revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised classification and wage rate shall be effective from the date when the new position was established. In the event the Employer adopts new methods of operation, the Employer shall give written notice to the Union of those existing jobs which have been affected by such new methods of operation with respect to change in job content, and/or required qualifications and if necessary any change in the job classification or wage rate. If notice of objection is not received from the Union within twenty (20) calendar days after such notice, then the classification and wage rate shall be considered agreed to by the Union. If the classification and/or wage rate established by the Employer for such changed jobs are revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised classification and wage rate shall be effective from the change in job content and/or requirements. In the event that Employer introduces the use of larger vehicles (beyond current fleet configuration at the time of ratification) requiring a higher class of driver’s license to operate, the Employer shall establish a wage premium for the operation of such vehicles. Notice shall be given to the Union and the premium shall be subject to negotiation or arbitration as

Rounding-Off. Wherever an amount related to the issuance, amendment or extension of a Letter of Credit is expressed in Dollars, but such Letter of Credit is denominated in an Alternate Currency, such amount shall be the relevant Alternate Currency Equivalent of such Dollar amount (rounded to the nearest unit of such Alternate Currency, with 0.5 of a unit being rounded upward), as determined by the Issuing Bank.
