Routes of Collection. Collection routes shall be established by the Contractor. Contractor shall submit a map designating the collection routes to the City for their approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The contractor may from time to time propose to the City for approval changes in routes or days of collection, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Upon City's approval of the proposed changes, City shall promptly give written or published notice to the affected Residential Units.

The Company may from time to time make changes in routes or days of collection affecting Residential Units or Municipal Facilities, provided such changes in routes or days of collection are submitted to the City at least two (2) weeks in advance of the commencement date for such changes. City shall promptly give written or published notice to the affected Residential Units.

The Authority may, from time to time, make changes in routes or days of collection. Prior to the Authority changing collection times or days or changing routes or any special conditions regarding customer service, including overload policy, the Authority shall distribute fliers in the affected area, place the information on the Authority and City websites and the City will include such information in a City selected billing cycle.

The Contractor may, from time-to-time, propose to the Town changes in routes or days of collection affecting residential units, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Upon Town's approval of the proposed changes, Contractor shall promptly give written notice by mail to the affected residential units. All other specifications for collection routes shall be in accordance with the provisions of the RFP.
