Routine Requests. 1. County will place orders for haul trucks with operator at least 24 hours in advance of the required date. The request will be made for a specific type of haul truck and substitutions will not be allowed unless prior authorization is given in writing (email is satisfactory). County personnel have determined the size and type of haul trucks needed. If other equipment is to be considered, a prior on site meeting with County personnel may be necessary.

  • Service Requests Any requests by a Party to the other Party regarding the Services or any modification or alteration to the provision of the Services must be made by an Authorized Representative (it being understood that the receiving Party will not be obligated to agree to any modification or alteration requested thereby).
