Common use of RRSP Clause in Contracts

RRSP. ‌ The Employer will provide an RRSP plan to all regular employees with a minimum mandatory employee contribution of one percent of annual earnings and will match an employee's contributions up to two percent of annual earnings. Employees may make additional voluntary contributions for themselves or their spouse up to the maximum allowed by the Canada Revenue Agency. Casual employees may opt to join the RRSP but will not be eligible for the Employer contributions.
