Rules Applicable to Collective Bargaining Employees. Except as provided in this Section 1(a) and 1(d), present Employees and future Employees who are included within a unit covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (which requires contributions to this Plan by the Employer) between an Employer and a Union which are or become parties hereto shall automatically be a Participant (except as provided in a written instrument described in Article I, Section 11(c)) and shall not be required to file an application for participation.

  • Collective Bargaining The School shall be subject to collective bargaining under Ch. 89, HRS, and shall comply with the master agreements as negotiated by the State; provided that the School may enter into supplemental collective bargaining agreements that contain cost and non-cost items to facilitate decentralized decision-making. The School shall provide a copy of any supplemental collective bargaining agreement to the Commission.
