Rules of Procedures. The Council shall adopt its own Rules of Procedures, and may seek technical advisory services as it deems necessary.

It may form ad hoc and/or permanent sub-committees or working groups as considered necessary, and may seek technical advisory services except as may be provided for in the Council's Rules of Procedures or decisions.
Rules of Procedures. 1. Unless the Parties otherwise agree, the arbitral panel shall conduct its proceedings in accordance with the Rules of Procedure (Appendix E) and may, after consulting with the Parties, adopt additional procedural rules not inconsistent with this Annex.
2. The Committee may modify the Rules of Procedure.
3. Unless the Parties otherwise agree within 20 days from the date of the delivery of the request for the establishment of the arbitral panel, the terms of reference shall be: "To examine, in the light of the relevant provisions of this Agreement, the matter referred to in the arbitral panel request and to make findings, determinations and recommendations as provided in Article 13 and to deliver the written reports referred to in Articles 13 and 14."
Rules of Procedures. The Commission shall adopt the Rules of Procedures which provide for the details of the rules and procedures of arbitral tribunals established under this Chapter, at its first meeting. Unless the Parties otherwise agree, the arbitral tribunal shall follow the rules of procedure adopted by the Commission and may, after consulting the Parties, adopt additional rules of procedure consistent with the rules adopted by the Commission.
Rules of Procedures. 1. The Arbitral Panel shall meet in closed session. The Parties shall be present at the meetings only when invited by the Arbitral Panel to appear before it. The venue for the meetings, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, shall be Thailand, where the complaining Party is Sri Lanka, and Sri Lanka, where the complaining Party is Thailand.
2. The Arbitral Panel shall have no ex parte communications concerning a dispute it is considering.
3. The deliberations of the Arbitral Panel and the documents submitted to it shall be kept confidential. Nothing in this Article shall preclude a Party from disclosing to the public statements of its own positions or its submissions, but a Party shall treat as confidential and not disclose, information or written submissions submitted by the other Party to the Arbitral Panel which the latter Party has designated as confidential.
4. The Parties shall transmit to the Arbitral Panel written submissions in which they present the facts of their cases and their arguments and shall do so within the following time limits:
(a) for the complaining Party, within 30 days after the establishment of the Arbitral Panel; and
(b) for the responding Party, within 30 days after the transmission of the written submission of the complaining Party.
5. Each Partyâs written submissions, including any comments on the initial report made in accordance with Article 13.11 (Initial Report), written versions of oral statements and responses to questions put by the Arbitral Panel shall be made available to the other Party.
6. At the request of a Party or on its own initiative, the Arbitral Panel may seek information and technical advice from any person or body that it deems appropriate, and subject to such terms and conditions as the Parties may set. The Arbitral Panel shall provide the Parties with a copy of any advice or opinion obtained and an opportunity to provide comments thereon.
7. The Arbitral Panel shall, in consultation with the Parties, regulate its own procedures governing the rights of the Parties to be heard and its own deliberations where such procedures are not set out otherwise in this Chapter.
8. The rules of procedure or time period provided for in this Chapter may be modified by mutual consent of the Parties.
Rules of Procedures. Except as herein provided, the Joint Industry Committee shall determine its own rules of procedure and all other details necessary to carry out the business for which it was appointed.
Rules of Procedures. 1. The panel shall follow the rules of procedure provided for in Annex 12-B (Rules of Procedures for Panel), unless the Parties agree otherwise.
2. Any time period or other rules and procedures for panels provided for in this Chapter, including the Rules of Procedures referred to in Annex 12-B (Rules of Procedures for Panel), may be modified by mutual consent of the Parties.
3. The Parties may also agree in writing, at any time, not to apply any provision of this Chapter.

Rules of Procedures. The Rules of Procedure drawn up by the Board of Directors specify the mode of application of the statute. • The President or an authorized member of the Board of Directors must at short date deposit in Court of Law of the city in which the federation has its seat all documents related to: - amendments to statute - change of name of the federation - transfer of legal seat - changes in the Board of Directors • The members commit themselves to respect the statute of the UESpT and will see to it that decisions made by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors are carried out. All other business concerning organization, administration and functioning of the UESpT not provided for in the present statute are within the competence of the Board of Directors. • The provisions of the local common law are applicable to all other matters not provided for in the present statute.
Rules of Procedures. The Board of Trustees is empowered to adopt such rules of procedure for the conduct of its meetings and determine the time and place of meetings provided such rules and determinations are not in conflict with this Trust Agreement. The Board of Trustees shall also have the discretion to adopt rules and procedures for the administration of the Plan and Trust, as it deems appropriate.
