S cope. 1. As security for the performance of its obligations under this Contract, each Reinsurer shall establish and fund, within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, a trust account for the benefit of the Original Insured (each, a "Trust Account").

This includes the following: ● meats (fresh, frozen, dried by fashion of tribal culture) ● dairy ● produce (fresh and frozen) ● beverages (frozen concentrate) ● paper products ● grocery (frozen and canned) ● milk products ● spices (specific to indigenous tribes) ● indigenous bakery items ● at least 3 variations of frybread in accordance with tribal cultures ● coffee - at minimum 2 coffee varieties with at least 1 being indigenous ● specialty syrups ● other indigenous specialty items
S cope. This Addendum covers the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement for Copiers and Managed Print Services led by the State of Colorado, for use by state agencies and other entities located in the Participating State/Entity and authorized by that state’s statutes to utilize state contracts with the prior approval of the state’s Chief Procurement Officer. This Addendum is between HP Inc. and all participating South Carolina public procurement units (as defined by S.C. Code Xxx §11-35-4610 (5), as amended) or governmental bodies (as defined by S.C. Code Xxx § 00-00-000 (18), as amended), hereafter referred to as Using Government Units (UGUs).

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ABOVE SHALL NOT APPLY WITH RESPECT TO CONTRACTUAL INDEMNIFICATION AND BREACH OF A PARTY’S CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THESE CSS TERMS.

This Participating Addendum covers the Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services available under competitive procurement for On-Demand Remote Interpreting (OPI and VRI) and Document Translation led by the State of New Mexico for use by state agencies and other entities located in the Participating State authorized by that state’s statutes to utilize state contracts with the prior approval of the State’s chief procurement official.
S cope. All disputes over the interpretation or application of this Plan shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures contained in this Section.
S cope. This Section 7 will apply only with respect to Personal Data that is subject to the protection of the CCPA. For purposes of this Section 7, the terms “Business,” “sell,” “Third Party” and “Service Provider” have the meanings given in the CCPA.
