SPECIALTY ITEMS. 1) The disposal of industrial types of hazardous wastes that would not normally be found in a household waste stream will be paid for as an emergency service. If encountered on public right of ways or in residential areas, hazardous wastes shall be properly disposed of by a licensed company and the contractor shall provide documentation of proper disposal to the City of Xxxxx.
