Safety and Health Compliance. Successful Respondent and Successful Respondent Personnel shall familiarize themselves with the premises and operations at each DIR Facility at, to, or from which Services are rendered and the DIR Rules applicable to each such facility. Successful Respondent and Successful Respondent Personnel also shall observe and comply with all DIR Rules with respect to safety, health, security, and the environment and shall take precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills, or emissions of hazardous substances, materials, or waste, and other dangers to persons, property, or the environment. To the extent required by DIR, Successful Respondent Personnel shall receive and complete prescribed training prior to entering certain DIR Facilities.
Safety and Health Compliance. Service Provider and Service Provider Personnel shall familiarize themselves with the premises and operations at each DIR Facility at, to or from which Services are rendered and the DIR Rules applicable to each such facility. Service Provider and Service Provider Personnel also shall observe and comply with all DIR Rules with respect to safety, health, security and the environment and shall take commercially reasonable precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by DIR, Service Provider Personnel shall receive prescribed training prior to entering certain DIR Facilities.

Supplier and Supplier Personnel shall familiarize themselves with the premises and operations at each Kraft Site or Facility at or from which Services are rendered and the Kraft Rules applicable to each such Site or Facility. Supplier and Supplier Personnel shall observe and comply with all Laws applicable to the use by it and them of each Kraft Facility or Site or the provision of the Services, including environmental Laws and Laws regarding occupational health and safety. Supplier shall be responsible for the compliance of Equipment, Software, Systems and Services for which it is operationally responsible with such Laws and shall be responsible for any acts or omissions of Supplier Personnel in contravention of such Laws. Supplier and Supplier Personnel also shall observe and comply with all Kraft Rules with respect to safety, health, security and the environment and shall take commercially reasonable precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by Kraft, Supplier Personnel shall receive prescribed training prior to entering certain Kraft Sites or Facilities.
Safety and Health Compliance. Supplier and Supplier Personnel shall familiarize themselves with the premises and operations at each ABM Site or ABM Facility at or from which Services are rendered and the ABM Rules applicable to each such Site or Facility. Supplier and Supplier Personnel shall observe and comply with the OSHA regulations, all applicable safety and environmental Laws, all industrial insurance, security and health regulations, and all other Laws applicable to the use of each ABM Facility or Site or the provision of the Services. Supplier and Supplier Personnel also shall observe and comply with all ABM Rules with respect to safety, health, security, industrial insurance, and the environment and shall take commercially reasonable precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by ABM, Supplier Personnel shall receive prescribed training prior to entering certain ABM Sites or Facilities.
Safety and Health Compliance. Vendor and Vendor Personnel shall familiarize themselves with the premises and operations at each Oncor Facility at or from which Services are rendered and the Oncor Rules applicable to each such Oncor Facility. Vendor and Vendor Personnel shall observe and comply with all Laws applicable to the use of each Oncor Facility or the provision of the Services, including environmental Laws and Laws regarding occupational health and safety. Vendor shall be responsible for the compliance of Equipment, Software, Systems and Services for which it is operationally responsible with such Laws and shall be responsible for any acts or omissions of Vendor Personnel in contravention of such Laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing,Vendor will not be responsible for compliance with Laws by Oncor or Oncor Personnel. Each Party shall take precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by Oncor as communicated to Vendor, Vendor Personnel shall receive Oncor standard training prior to entering certain Oncor Facilities.
Safety and Health Compliance. Lessee shall comply with all lawful requirements of the local Board of Health, Police and Fire Departments, and governmental authorities including, but not limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and Federal and State Environmental Protection Act representing the manner in which Lessee uses the leased Premises, applicable to Lessee’s occupancy.

Provider and Provider Personnel shall familiarize themselves with the premises and operations at each Xxxxxxxx Site or Xxxxxxxx Facility at or from which Services are rendered and the Xxxxxxxx Rules applicable to each such Site or Facility. Provider shall, and shall cause Provider Personnel to, observe and comply with all Laws applicable to the use of each Final Confidential and Proprietary Information of IBM and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Facility or Site in its provision of the Services, including environmental Laws and Laws regarding occupational health and safety. Provider shall be responsible for the compliance of Equipment, Software, Systems and Services for which it is operationally responsible with such Laws; provided, however, that Provider shall not be responsible for non-compliance with such Laws existing as of the Effective Date during the first six (6) months following the Commencement Date (subject to Provider's obligations to correct, at Xxxxxxxx'x expense, any such non-compliance(s)). Provider and Provider Personnel also shall observe and comply with all Xxxxxxxx Rules with respect to safety, health, security and the environment and shall take all commercially reasonable precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by Xxxxxxxx, Provider Personnel shall receive prescribed training prior to entering certain Xxxxxxxx Sites or Facilities.

Service Provider shall be responsible for the compliance of Equipment, Software, Systems and Services for which it is operationally responsible with such Laws and shall be responsible for any acts or omissions of Service Provider Personnel in contravention of such Laws. Service Provider and Service Provider Personnel also shall observe and comply with all Allegheny Rules with respect to safety, health, security and the environment and shall take commercially reasonable precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by Allegheny, Service Provider Personnel shall receive prescribed training prior to entering certain Allegheny Sites or Facilities.

Service Provider and Service Provider Personnel also shall observe and comply with all TxDOT Rules with respect to safety, health, security and the environment and shall take commercially reasonable precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by TxDOT, Service Provider Personnel shall receive prescribed training prior to entering certain TxDOT Sites.

Supplier and Supplier Personnel also shall observe and comply with all New Century Rules with respect to safety, health, security and the environment and shall take commercially reasonable precautions to avoid injury, property damage, spills or emissions of hazardous substances, materials or waste, and other dangers to persons, property or the environment. To the extent required by New Century, Supplier Personnel shall receive prescribed training prior to entering certain New Century Facilities.
