Safety and Loss Prevention Resource Manual. CONTRACTOR shall comply with the COUNTY’S Safety and Loss Prevention Resource Manual and submit a copy of their Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) to the Project Manager prior to the start of the project. The IIPP shall met the minimum requirement of California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Section 1509 or 3203. CONTRACTOR shall submit other safety programs that pertain to the type of job that will be performed on site.
Safety and Loss Prevention Resource Manual. A. The Contractor shall take proper safety and health precautions to protect the work, the workers, the public, and the property of others. Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Construction Safety Orders issued by the State Division of Occupational Safety & Health. Contractor shall also be responsible for all materials delivered and work performed until completion and acceptance of the entire construction work, except for any completed unit of construction thereof which until completion and acceptance of the entire construction work, except for any completed unit of construction thereof which theretofore may have been accepted.
