SAFETY PROCEDURES / WORKING CONDITIONS. The employer shall endeavor to provide and maintain a safe and healthy place of employment. All employees shall endeavor in the course of performing the duties associated with their employment to be alert to unsafe or unhealthy practices, equipment, or conditions, and to report any such practices, equipment, or conditions to their immediate supervisor.   • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • Unsafe Working Conditions (a) No Employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on a job which is deemed unsafe by:
