Common use of Salaried Employees Clause in Contracts

Salaried Employees. These employees retain their full pay when attending such meetings that take place during working hours. When meetings take place outside of working hours, they shall be paid at a rate per hour that is calculated by dividing their individual monthly pay by 162.5. For employees whose ordinary working week is 35.5 hours, pay shall be divided by 154.
