SALARIES AND WAGES. Section 1. Effective July 1, 2016, employees will continue to be paid in accordance with the July 1, 2014 Standard Pay Schedule in Appendix A. Section 2. Section 5. Effective July 1, 2014, each employee covered by this Agreement who is in an active pay status shall receive a general pay increase of two percent (2.0%). This increase is reflected in the Standard Pay Schedule in Appendix C.E.

The cash payment shall be paid no later than the next payday after the general pay increase is reflected in the paychecks of employees who are not above the maximum.

Section 2. Effective October Each permanent full-time employee covered by this Agreement who is in an active pay status on July 1, 20162007, shall receive a one-time lump sum cash payment of $1,250. Each permanent part-time employee covered by this Agreement who is in an active pay status on July 1, 2007, and who works at least a 50% work schedule, shall receive a one-time lump sum cash payment of $625. For the purposes of this Section only, employees on unpaid military leave will be considered to be in an active pay status.
