– Salary and Pay. 36.1 Beginning with the 2021-22 contract year, current employees reporting to work on or before January 10, of the previous school year, shall advance one (1) step on the salary schedule, if step advancement is approved through the negotiation process. Employees off the salary schedule will receive a stipend for 2021-22 school year equivalent to $0.30 per hour for their contracted hours. (revised 2021-22)
