Unless an employee moves to a lower salaried position, no salaries shall be reduced as a result of the benchmarking process and any new salaries will be adjusted retroactively to January 1, 2023. It is understood that compensation analysis tools such as OptionImpact, Payscale, and/or Xxxxxxx will be used by Kickstarter for the benchmarking process. If Kickstarter intends to use a benchmarking tool in addition to or in lieu of any of these tools, it will discuss the need for a new tool with the Union.
