Common use of Salary Classification Clause in Contracts

Salary Classification. 37.1.1 Commitments made by the Board or its predecessors to individual Teachers as to the number of years of teaching experience shall be honoured. No Teacher in the employ of the Board on August 31, 1999 shall have an allowance for experience agreed by the Board or its predecessors decreased or increased as a result of the implementation of this article except where teaching experience accumulates while in the employ of the Board and in accordance with this collective agreement.
