Common use of Salary Employees Clause in Contracts

Salary Employees. 16.1 Employees on a salary will be expected to provide hours of work that are convenient to the business and job requirements. 16.2 The salary will include an amount allowed for redundancy and any payments that may otherwise be sent off to the XXXX, CIPQ and BEWT funds in Queensland or ACIRT and similar funds in NSW. 16.3 The salary will encompass provisions for such entitlements set out in any applicable Awards or Acts including redundancy. The provisions of the fair pay commission and the Workchoices Act shall apply to your employment.
