Common use of Salary Increments Clause in Contracts

Salary Increments. The Employer may grant an increment for meritorious service after an Employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the day established in Article 25.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 25.04, 25.05, or 25.06.

Salary Increments. The Employer Employer, except as provided for in Article 26.07, may grant an increment for meritorious service after an Employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the first day of the month established in Article 25.07 26.05 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his his/her rate of compensation as established in Articles 25.04, 25.05, 26.02 or 25.0626.04.

Salary Increments. The Employer may grant an increment for meritorious service after an Employee employee has served for a period of twelve at least six (126) months following the first day of the month established in Article 25.07 or twelve (12) months following 36.05, provided the date of a change in his rate of compensation including the increment does not exceed the amount of the bi- weekly rate of CL 2(4) on the scale of rates as established shown in Articles 25.04, 25.05, or 25.06Appendix 1.
