Common use of Salary Increments Clause in Contracts

Salary Increments. The Employer, on the recommendation of the Head of the Department, may grant an increment for meritorious service after an employee has served for a period of at least six (6) months following the first day of the month established in Article 38.05, provided the rate of compensation including the increment does not exceed the amount of the bi-weekly rate of CL 2(4) on the scale of rates as shown in Appendix 1.

Salary Increments. The Employer, on the recommendation of the Head of the Department, may grant an increment for meritorious service after an employee has served for a period of at least six twelve (612) months following the first day of the month established in Article 38.05, provided 38.05 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in their rate of compensation including the increment does not exceed the amount of the bi-weekly rate of CL 2(4) on the scale of rates as shown established in Appendix 1Articles 38.02, 38.03, or 38.04.
