Common use of Salary Increments Clause in Contracts

Salary Increments. (a) The Employer, except as provided in Article 32.12, on the recommendation of the Head of the Department, may grant an increment for satisfactory service after an employee has served for consecutive periods of twelve (12) months following her first day of the month established in Article 32.07, or twelve (12) months following the date of change in her rate of compensation as established in Articles 32.04, 32.05 and 32.06.
