Common use of Salary Increments Clause in Contracts

Salary Increments. Time spent on leave of absence by a teacher pursuant to the provisions of this Article VII shall not be included as "days of teaching" under clause 3.9, except that where leave is given under clause 7.5, application of this section is at the discretion of the superintendent or designate.
